I have a coupon/Value Connection, how do I apply it to my account when registering online?

To use a coupon or Value Connection you will have to redeem it in-person at our front desk. You may then choose to pay the remaining amount either online or with a staff member at the front desk.


There is a negative number under openings, what does this mean?

If you see a negative number listed under the openings box of a specific class - it means that there are that many students on the waiting list to enroll into the class.


I am on the waiting list, how do I know if I get into the class?

If an opening occurs in a class that you are on the waiting list for, you will be notified by phone or email. Registration is first come, first serve - so it is important to be aware of upcoming registration dates. We value our small coach to gymnast ratio to ensure the best gymnastics experience for your child. 


How do I view my gymnasts progress throughout a session, and whether they've passed their level or not?

-Log into your account through the Parent Portal.
-Click on “Evaluations” in the yellow box on the left hand side of the page, and view the skill tree for your child.
- When a level is passed, there will be a little green "PASSED" sign by the gymnasts level.​​
