This class is designed for gymnasts who are practicing beginning flight elements, including but not limited to: front- and back -handsprings, tumbling series, and beginning flipping.

**Must be practicing advanced flight elements, including but not limited to: twisting, multiple flipping, and pit work.

Every child must have a waiver from signed by their parents before going to their first open gym at Granite City Gymnastics, which will be kept on file for any future open gyms!
